Beach Sandal Snacks

Sea you later boring on-the-go recipes! These fun sandal shaped snacks are easy to make and will impress your family and friends.

Serving Size: 1 Sandal

Ingredients:

  • 6 Sara Lee® Classic White Bread slices
  • 3/4 cup SKIPPY® Peanut Butter, divided
  • 2 slices of apple, cut into 6 small cubes
  • 12 mini pretzel sticks

Directions

  1. Cut bread slices in half vertically.
  2. Spread 1/2 cup of peanut butter on sliced bread. Set aside about 1/4 cup of peanut butter for your sandal strap “glue”.
  3. Top with apple slices, followed by remaining bread slices.
  4. Use small serrated knife (or sandal-shaped cookie cutter) to cut each sandwich into sandal shape.
  5. Use remaining peanut butter to attach pretzel stick “straps” and apple cube decorations to top of sandwich.
