Seaside Kabobs

There’s nothing better than enjoying a mess-free lunch seaside!

Ingredients:

  • 4 Sara Lee® Classic White Bread slices
  • ¼ cup of SKIPPY® Peanut Butter
  • ¼ cup of fruit jelly
  • Berries, grapes, and apple slices

Directions

  1. Using a rolling pin, lightly roll bread slices to flatten.
  2. Spread peanut butter on 2 bread slices and jelly on remaining 2 bread slices.
  3. Sandwich together and cut crusts from sandwich. Cut into quarters vertically.
  4. Roll up sandwich quarters and layer sandwich pieces with fruit onto 4 wooden skewers.
